Elena Howarth (until 2016 - Elena Sokhrannova) is an all-round art critic. Elena was born in Saratov, Russia, educated in Saint Petersburg, Russia at pedagogical university and the Academy of Arts. She taught history of arts, design and aesthetics in high schools and universities for 15 years. For the last 13 years Elena has been working at the Art Gallery of Narva Museum as a program manager.
