Marina paints in oils and a watercolour portraits, landscapes, still lifes. Likes to photograph architecture, city landscapes, animals, flowers. She makes photo reportings about festive events. She shows interest to digital art. But the main type of creative activity is the genre of caricature, which the author appreciates for humor and sense saturation. The drawings of Marina Gorelova are varied in themes and technique of the execution.

Member of the Good Humor Party - PDH.
Higher education: artistic-graphic branch of the faculty of the culture of State pedagogical University.
She visitted the master-classes of the foreign artists-illustrators: Jon J Muth, Pierre Cornuel.

Personal exhibitions:
There were 18 personal exhibitions of painting, caricature and photography - in museums, exhibition centers and cultural institutions in Bulgaria, Belarus and Romania. Are received gratitudes for exhibitions from the Republican centre of the national cultures, the Academy of education, Republican centre of ecology.
Recent significant exhibitions:
2017 -- the exhibition “Eternally live and flourish…” in Republican centre of the national cultures in Minsk (Belarus).
2018 -- within the framework of 28th edition of the International Festival of Satirical Graphics and Humorous Literature "Humor at … Gura Humorului" (Romania). Folk Customs Museum in Bucovina (Muzeul Obiceiurilor Populare din Bucovina).
2019 -- the exhibition “Who laughs, lives long” in Plovdiv when the city was declared the European Capital of Culture, (Bulgaria). Exhibition Hall of the Regional Ethnographic Museum.
2021 -- the exhibition in far-famed Museum “House of the Humour and Satire” in Gabrovo (Bulgaria).
Collective exhibitions:
Marina Gorelova participated in more than 170 International exhibitions, contest and festival in 36 countries (Italy, Spain, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Serbia, Ukraine, Peru, Portugal, Brazil, Egypt and others). The constant participant of the National exhibitions of the Union of Bulgarian Artists - UBA 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022.

She has national and international awards: diplomas, certificates, prizes, monetary premiums in Bulgaria, Romania, Belarus, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Korea, Indonesia, etc.

In 1995 the first publication drawings took place in weekly “Medical herald”.
Soon long-term fruitful cooperation was tied with newspapers and journals. Her works were published in beside 50 national and foreign editions of different thematic: medical, sports, economic, cultural, pedagogical, ecological, humorous, namely: “Literature and art”, “Culture”, “Star”, “7 days”, “The teacher's newspaper”, “The native nature”, “Public newspaper”, “Banner of youth”, “Book and we”, “Sports panorama”, “Corvette”, “Starshel”, “Tapir”, “Chayan”, “Vozhyk”, “MaxMinus”, “Fenamizah”, “Rhinoceros” and others.
Her works have been included in more than 100 final catalogues of the international exhibitions, competitions and festivals.
