Born in Hong Kong in 1963, he specializes in Western watercolor and Chinese ink painting.
Currently, he is the Chairman of Hong Kong Northern Metropolis Museum of Art ( Non-profit)
Co., Ltd., Chairman of Creative Art Gallery Company Ltd, founder of Kinsan Chung Art
Museum(鍾建新藝術館), and the Hong Kong representative of the Ministry of Culture of African country,
Birland. International Conference Consultant and Hong Kong Representative of the
Federation of World Cultures and Arts Society in Singapore, Visiting Professor of
Guangzhou Television Broadcasts University, Chief Consultant of Exquis International,
Permanent Honorary President of the International Academy of Culture and Art, Executive
Chairman of Hong Kong Federation of International Famous Teachers and Celebrities,
Honorary Director of Ha Hai kou (International) Literary and Art Museum(浙江下海口國際美術館), Calligraphy and

He focus on the creation of Western watercolor and Chinese ink painting, because he is a literati painter. Both Western and Chinese paintings bring out the elegant literary atmosphere. He uses ancient innovations and super realistic techniques to create effects that transcend time and space. He invented the "Stone Virtual Point Method" and established the "New Song School".

In 1977, the watercolor life painting "Luk Keng" won the Merit Prize in the Hong Kong Youth Painting Competition and was exhibited at the Hong Kong City Hall.
In 1987, he participated in the Hong Kong Art Research Society Group Exhibition at the Hong Kong Cultural Center.
From 1991 to 1993, he was admitted to the Diploma in Watercolor at the School of Continuing Education and Continuing Education, The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
In 1992 and 1996, he was selected for the Hong Kong Contemporary Art Biennale, which
was exhibited at the Hong Kong Museum of Art.
In 1994, he held his first solo exhibition at Lan Kwai Fong Gallery, Hong Kong Island.
In 1995, he held a solo exhibition at Art Lane Gallery, Hong Kong Island.
In 1995, the work "Living in Tradition" was acquired by the Hong Kong Museum of Art. In the same year, the work "Lee's families" was acquired by the Hong Kong Heritage Museum, and three works were acquired by the then Hong Kong Governor, Mr. Christ Patten. From 1995 to 2000, he also served as a tutor at the School of Continuing Education, Chinese University of Hong Kong.
1998 Established Creative Art Gallery in Hong Kong Arts Centre
In 1998, Creative Art Gallery expanded and moved to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, and held a solo exhibition at the Hong Kong Arts Centre. In the same year, he was invited by the Hong Kong government to design the commemorative envelope for the opening of the new Hong Kong International Airport.
In 1999, he held a solo exhibition at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center.
In 2000, he held a solo exhibition at the Shaw College of the Chinese University of Hong

In 2000, a personal exhibition was held in Barcelona, Spain In 2001, he held a solo exhibition in London, UK.
In 2002, he held a solo exhibition at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center
In 2003, he held a personal painting exhibition in China Resources Building, Hong Kong In 2005, he held a solo exhibition in Tai Po, Hong Kong. In 2005, he held a solo exhibition in Washington, USA.
In 2007, he held a solo exhibition in Tai Po, Hong Kong.
In 2009, he painted 518 Chinese and foreign people in watercolor paintings " Unity of the
World" which was selected by Beijing "Guangming Daily" and the Ministry of Culture of China to select in "Harmonious China" contemporary famous artists as one of the two selected painters in Hong Kong, and exhibited in many cities in China.
In 2010, the Hong Kong Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Art Center held a personal art charity exhibition and auction
In 2010, he held a solo exhibition at the Yun feng Gallery in Hong Kong.
In 2011, he held a solo exhibition at the Dharmasthiti College of Cultural Studies in Hong Kong.
2012 solo exhibition in Guangzhou, China.
2013 Solo Exhibition at Kinsan Chung Museum, Yuen Long, Hong Kong
In 2014, the work " The Dragon Heart" was showed and collected by the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse of China.
2016 Solo Exhibition in Tai Po, Hong Kong.
In 2017, he was selected as one of the Global Ink 500 Elites and exhibited at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center.
In 2017, Kinsan Chung was awarded the Top Ten Influential People of the Year in the international literary and art circles of Hongkong News Network.
In 2017, held a solo exhibition at Galleri Exquis, Fanling, Hong Kong
In 2019, his art work - Hong Kong New Airport Opening memorial book Designwas selected by the Hong Kong government for the exhibition "Hong Kong returned to China 20years" in the South Hall of the National Museum of China.
In 2019, held a solo exhibition at Liang Puo House Gallery, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

In 2009, he painted 518 Chinese and foreign people in watercolor paintings " Unity of the World" watercolour on paper 152cm x 1030cm, which was selected by the Ministry of Culture of China to select in "Harmonious China" contemporary famous artists as one of the two selected painters in Hong Kong, collected in the big collection 'Harmonious China'.
In 2021, selected as one of the top 100 outstanding Chinese in the new era, "The Power of Model" selected by China International Humanity Press.
